What is eZeeWallet?

eZeeWallet is a digital wallet. You load money into it from a local bank method, a card where the fee page offers one, a Neosurf or Paysafecard voucher or BitPay, and you pay the bookmaker from the balance, so the operator never sees your card or bank details. You can only spend what you have loaded. Winnings come back into the wallet, and from there you move them to your bank account, which is the only way out.

The wallet is a product of Prime Pay Solutions Limited, a company registered in the Isle of Man (number 136392C) and wholly owned by emerchantpay Limited, a British payment processor that the UK Financial Conduct Authority lists as an authorised electronic money institution (reference 900778). The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority listed Prime Pay Solutions as a new licence holder in May 2024, for money transmission services. Every page of the help centre states the limit of that licence: money held by the company is not a deposit and is not covered by the Isle of Man Depositors’ Compensation Scheme.

Bettors use it because the bookmaker needs only the e-mail address of the wallet, paying a merchant costs nothing and transfers to other eZeeWallet users are free. The account holds one currency, chosen at sign-up from eleven: euro, pound sterling, Swiss franc, Danish krone, Swedish krona, Polish zloty, Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Brazilian real, Chilean peso and Peruvian sol. The US dollar is not among them.

How to open an eZeeWallet account

  1. Sign up on ezeewallet.com or in the app. You need an e-mail address, you must be 18 or the age of legal capacity where you live, whichever is higher, and you must live in a country eZeeWallet accepts.
  2. Choose the account currency with care. It cannot be changed afterwards: to switch, you close the account and open a new one. Pick the currency you bet in, and remember that the US dollar is not offered.
  3. Verify your identity. Click “Unverified” in the account, choose your country of residence and upload a live photo of an ID card, passport or driving licence and a selfie. The document must be valid, with all four corners visible; scans and screenshots are refused.
  4. Load the wallet. The methods depend on your country. In Italy the fee page lists MyBank and BitPay for free, Neosurf at 4% and Paysafecard at 6%, from €10 to €1,000 per deposit; Austria adds EPS, Visa and Mastercard at no fee.
  5. Pay the bookmaker. Choose eZeeWallet in the cashier, log in to the wallet on the page that opens and confirm. eZeeWallet calls the payment almost instant, and the bookmaker only ever sees the e-mail of the wallet.

What it costs

Between eZeeWallet and the bookmaker the service is normally free in both directions: eZeeWallet charges nothing for paying a merchant, and most bookmakers add no fee on eZeeWallet deposits or withdrawals. The costs sit in the wallet, and they depend on the country of the account and on how you load it.

Fees read on 19 October 2026 on the fees and limits page of ezeewallet.com, set to a euro account in Italy, and in the eZeeWallet help centre. They change with the country: Spain shows the same table as Italy; Ireland and Finland offer Visa, Mastercard and BitPay for free and no bank method; France offers only the two vouchers and BitPay; Austria charges 3% on withdrawals; a sterling account in the United Kingdom withdraws at 2% from £10 to £5,000; an Australian dollar account pays 6% on both vouchers, loads from A$20 to A$2,000 and pays 1% plus A$7 on each withdrawal. For Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom the page listed no deposit method at all when we read it. Select your country and currency on the page before you open the account.

Two ways to pay less

Load the wallet with a bank method, or with a card where the fee page offers one, not with a voucher: €500 loaded by Paysafecard costs €30, by Neosurf €20, by MyBank nothing. And keep the account alive: six months without a transaction start a charge of €5 a month that runs until the balance is gone, so withdraw what is left before you stop betting.

Deposit and withdrawal times

Deposits are instant: eZeeWallet credits loads within a few minutes and calls payments to a merchant almost instant, so the money is on the betting account as soon as you confirm. Withdrawals take as long as the bookmaker needs to approve them, from a few minutes to a couple of days depending on the operator and on whether your betting account is verified; once approved, the money is in the wallet.

The slow leg is from the wallet to your bank, the only withdrawal route. eZeeWallet does not promise a delivery time: its help centre says the transfer can take up to a maximum of 14 business days depending on your bank, and that weekends and public holidays add to it. The withdrawal costs 2% for a euro account, with a minimum of €10 and a maximum of €50,000 per transaction.

Where you can use it

eZeeWallet accepts customers from most countries, but what you can do with the wallet changes with the country of the account, and so do the fees. Five rules matter for bettors.

eZeeWallet and welcome bonuses

Check the bonus terms first

Many bookmakers exclude deposits made with e-wallets from their welcome offer. The clause may name eZeeWallet or just say “e-wallets”, which covers it. If the terms exclude e-wallets, make the first deposit by card or bank transfer and use eZeeWallet from the second one.

Questions and answers

Is eZeeWallet free to use with bookmakers?

Paying a bookmaker from the wallet is free on eZeeWallet’s side, and most bookmakers add no fee. You pay when you load with a voucher (Neosurf 4%, Paysafecard 6% on a euro account), when you withdraw to your bank (2%, minimum €10) and if the account sits unused for six months (€5 a month). Bank methods, cards where offered and BitPay load the wallet for free.

How long does an eZeeWallet withdrawal from a bookmaker take?

As long as the bookmaker takes to approve it, usually from a few minutes to a couple of days. Once approved, the money is in the wallet. The transfer from eZeeWallet to your bank account is the slow part: eZeeWallet only commits to a maximum of 14 business days, depending on your bank.

Can I load eZeeWallet with a card?

Only where the fee page lists Visa and Mastercard for your country: on 19 October 2026 that was the case for Austria, Ireland and Finland, not for Italy, Spain or France, which use MyBank or the vouchers instead. The page also listed no deposit method for Germany, the Netherlands or the United Kingdom. Check your own country on the page before you register.

Which currency should I choose for my eZeeWallet account?

The one you bet in, because the choice is final: the currency cannot be changed, and switching means closing the account and opening a new one. Eleven currencies are offered, including the euro, the pound and the Swiss franc, but not the US dollar. If your bank account is in another currency, your bank converts the withdrawal at its own rate and eZeeWallet may add an FX fee that it does not publish.

Is eZeeWallet safe?

The wallet is run by Prime Pay Solutions Limited, licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority for money transmission services and owned by emerchantpay Limited, an authorised electronic money institution on the UK FCA register. It is not a bank: the help centre states that the funds are not deposits and are not covered by the Isle of Man Depositors’ Compensation Scheme. The bookmaker never sees your card or bank details.
